COCO A GO-GO
International burlesque dancer MISS DIRTY MARTINI shot in the House of Chanel by Mr. Karl Lagerfeld himself for the upcoming V MAGAZINE (issue #63): “The Size Issue,” which is celebrating women of all shapes and sizes.
Miss Dirty Martini poses alongside Coco look-alike, actress Jane Schmitt, who once starred as Gabrielle Chanel in one of Lagerfeld’s short films, “Paris-Shanghai: A Fantasy.” Wearing accessories by Chanel and Lagerfeld—along with pasties, cut-out bras, garter belts and stockings—Miss Dirty Martini looks surprisingly right at home in Coco’s Rue Cambon apartment. V63 does not hit newsstands until January 14, 2010.
When asked about why she accepted the invitation to pose for V, Miss Dirty Martini said: “Posing on the Double C’s, modeling like my life depended on it, I thought, ‘Why not? Why can’t designers make fashion that mimics the architecture of hips and busts and then choose models that wear it perfectly?’”
Miss Dirty Martini has made a living out of making an entrance. And sure enough, the burlesque star’s mad, late-night spin through the Chanel atelier ended up blowing the roof off 31 rue Cambon. Coco would be spinning in her twinset, if she wasn’t a part of the show

Utrolig stilige bilder! Yay for litt kurver :)
Syns det var litt rart jeg, når Lagerfeld gikk fra å redigere modeller til umenneskelige tynne (og stå for det), for så å ville ha mer formfulle modeller..? Skjedde der liksom? :P
Last pic is unbelievably beautiful. It looks like a more vulgar version of a (very) old painting.
Divine and sexy, even from a woman's point of view !
Xx
